Wood fired italian dough, with san mazarno sauce fused with oregano and garlic, drizzled with olive oil, and topped with fresh basil leaves

Neapolitan

Wood fired base, smothered in san mazarno tomato sauce, lathered with buffala mozarella, drizzed with olive oil and finished with fresh basil leaves

Prosciutto e Funghi

Traditional neapolitan base, cooked with san mazarno tomatoes and grated mozarella, decorated with italian dry cured ham and garlic roasted mushrooms

Peperoni e Peperoncino

Our hand made neapolitan dough base, with our signature sauce, topped with grated mozarella, layers of pepperoni, and sprinkled with red and green chillis

Pollo Piri Piri

Traditional signature dough, with san mazarno tomato and mozzarella base, topped with piri piri chicken, buttered corn, onions, and chilli

Pera e Stilton

Our absolute favourite - san marzano and mozarella base layered with crumbled stilton and decoreated with sweet pear and rocket

Caprino

Traditional signature base with mozarella and san mazarno, coated with melted goats cheese, and smothered with garlic roasted peppers, mushrooms and onions

White base pizza with Gorgonzola, Ricotta, Mozarella and Gran Padano on a creamy white base, topped with fresh basil leaves

Il Fico e Gorgonzola

Creamy white base, cooked with mozarella, gorgonzola and prosciutto, then decorated with figs, rocket and balsamic glaze

Select two canapes for service to guests. Then select any 5 pizza toppings from any of our menus, with the discretion to add more options if needed. Finally, complete the service by selecting three desserts for the full italian experience.

(For our most distinguished menu, we provide stylishly dressed catering staff serving canapes, a beautifully dressed buffet table, with our finest serving equipment, and napkins and crockery for your guests. We will also include the pizza van and gazebo with fairy lights if requested).  

CANAPES

Cherry Tomato e Mozarella

Cocktail skewers of the finest buffala mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, drizzled with balsamic glaze

Bruschetta Classica

Mouth-sized bruschetta topped with finely chopped tomatoes, red onions, balsamic vinegar and chilli flakes
