Our dough is made from scratch using the best italian 00 flour and live yeast; it is left to proof for 24 hours, giving it the taste and crust of real italian pizza.
Our dough balls are spread with our fingertips to create a disc with the perfect crust, and then hand-stretched allowing the dough to retain its air to create a thin and crispy base
Pink Pizza bases are then smothered with italian San Marzano tomatoes and then finished with an unlimited range of toppings which are are always organic, and locally sourced.
Pink Pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven which heats between 400-500 degreed celcius. Using this heat with natural firewood means the pizzas cook in under 2 minutes.
The result? Pefect Pink Pizzas every time!
